Cleanroom is a facility with strictly control
of number of airborne particles commonly used in bioengineering,
healthcare, medical, pharmaceutical, food processing, semiconductor,
computer production and applications that required different
level of clean environment and provide a standard, safe, reliable
and clean working environment for production, research and education
needs.
The cleanroom products of our company is introduced and developed
with the technology from UK,Germany and Italy etc. consisting
of 3-level of filtration, pre-filter, intermediate filter and
final filters. There are different designs including horizontal,
vertical and semi-circulation type laminar units.
Our Company designs and builds Class 100, 000 (M6.5), Class
10,000 (5.5), Class 1,000 (M4.5), Class 100 (M3.5), Class 10
(M2.5) and Class 1 (M1.5) cleanrooms based on ISO 14698 standards
or US Federal Standards 209D (209E). For new or modification
projects, we provide comprehensive services or turn-key solution
that includes design, build, installation. Validation and after
sale services to meet Client’s special requirement on air classification,
HVAC, lighting, electrical supply, drainage, exhaust air, supply
air as well as offering professional advice for a cost-effective
cleanroom.
Clean technology products includes: clean air booth, superclean
workstation, air shower, clean storage cabinet, etc.
